okay, so with the IB exams, junior year started today and i must admit that I am a bit intimidated, do you have any suggestions on how i can better prepare myself for these exams?
ReplyDeleteoh and i would also like to know if there are any scholarships that we can apply to as juniors or simply where to look for any type of scholarship that i could apply to. thanks!
ReplyDeleteFor your first question, I can definately say that I was in your same position. The first day is a bit intimidating, but you will be fine. Which exams are you taking this year? As with all exams, I would advise going over all of your material at the end of each week so that it stays fresh in your mind. For each weeks notes, make a summary at the end of the week and make sure you understand everything that was taught. If you are confused about anything, ask the teacher for help. I found it easy to make notecards to study from, but it doesn't work for all people. If you tell me which exams you are going to take, I can better help youu with how to study ( =.
ReplyDeleteFor the second question, I will start looking for scholarships for juniors and I will post them when I find some. However, you can also search through FastWeb and scholarships.com as well. Also, you can ask your counselor to keep a lookout for you as well as Janet Willhite(If she still works at Franklin).
